Frequently asked questions
Home staging is the process of preparing a property for sale by enhancing its appeal to potential buyers. It involves rearranging furniture, adding decor, and making improvements to highlight the home's best features. Staged homes often sell faster and at a higher price because they help buyers visualise living in the space.
Not necessarily. Key areas to stage include the living room, kitchen, master bedroom, and dining room, as these are often focal points for buyers. However, staging additional rooms can add appeal, especially if the space feels awkward or underutilised.
Absolutely. Staged homes photograph better, creating compelling listing images that draw buyers to your property. Since most buyers begin their search online, high-quality, well-staged photos can make a strong first impression and increase interest.
Our furniture packs are designed with landlords in mind, meaning durability and easy maintenance are top priorities. We select pieces built to withstand the demands of rental use, ensuring they remain in excellent condition over time and reducing the need for frequent replacements.
Absolutely. We provide a seamless, end-to-end service that includes delivery, assembly, and placement within your property. Our team takes care of everything, ensuring your property is fully furnished and ready for tenants as quickly and efficiently as possible.
